When you ask us for an estimate, we use the details you send to understand the job and get back to you.
What the form collects
Your name, phone number, the items or space you want cleared, and any photo you choose to attach. Please leave out anything sensitive that we do not need to quote the job.
How we use it
Cypress Site Services uses your request to prepare an estimate and contact you about that job. The form sends it through Down South Systems’ secure lead service so the request can be recorded and delivered to Cypress. The form does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Photos and links
If you attach a photo, your browser resizes it before upload. The photo is stored in private cloud storage and may be included in Cypress’s internal lead alert. Its secure viewing link expires after seven days; the stored photo is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Anyone who receives the link can view the photo until it expires, so please avoid sharing the link publicly.
